Here is another plan I came up with, I had even more fun with the SmartDraw program trial this time. It was fun! This one is 1,536 sq ft without sunroom, and 1,920 with the sunroom.
This plan is smaller by only a little, the sunroom is a little narrower in some places than the first one and it seems cozier to me. I also like how the kitchen sink is on an exterior wall so I can have a view of outside.

I also like the sink on the outside wall. In our old house the sink faced the wall and I never liked it.
